Our Story
Pacific Signature Homes started as a dream for owner Jose De La Cruz. With the support of his wife, Yazmin Lopez, and his family he was able to grow his framing company, Pacific Contractors. After some time and dedication, he was able to venture further with business opportunities. Doing most of his work in the Charleston area, he knew all along that his goal was to be a licensed home builder. He worked endlessly to perfect his craft and build relationships with vendors and colleagues so that when the time came to make his dream come true, he could offer his clients no less than what they deserve, the absolute best. As of May 2021, Jose is a licensed residential builder and is ready to help build your dream home, efficiently and seamlessly.
Our Process
We believe that communication is key to a successful home building experience. From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, we work closely with our clients to ensure that their vision becomes a reality. We use only the highest quality materials and construction techniques to ensure that our homes are built to last. We have in-house contractors for most of the building process, so we are able to guarantee clients that their home will be completed in 6-8 months once the trusses have been delivered.
